We are easy to get along with and love to have fun but there are some things that we just can't let go. These are some of the things that may get you kicked off with no refund. Giving alcohol to someone on the street, throwing anything off of the Fire Engine, taking clothes off, vulgarity, becoming a safety risk and extreme intoxication. There is a $150 barf fee for getting sick on the Fire Engine. We will stop and clean it up immediately. The fee will be charged to the card on file. We carry barf bags on the Fire Engine and if you feel sick, please let our host/hostess know IMMEDIATELY!
Yes. Everyone riding on the Fire Engine must provide a valid government issued photo ID at the time of the tour and sign a waiver before getting on the Fire Engine. We allow you to reschedule up to one year from your booking. All rescheduling is based on availability. Please email us to reschedule. Our Fire Engine is very popular, so rescheduling may sometimes be difficult.
We will wait for you because it is your private tour, but it will cut into your tour time. We have to be back on time for us to stay on schedule for our next customers. So, please plan ahead and arrive early.
We party rain or shine. Our Fire Engine has a hard top with clear vinyl sides that can be rolled down to keep the elements out. If severe weather settles in, MCPFE will make a weather decision at the time of the tour. Our #1 priority is the safety of our customers. If we deem it necessary to cancel a tour, you will be able to reschedule if slots are open during your stay or you can receive a full refund. If weather conditions cut your tour short by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a prorated refund. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Often, severe weather moves through quickly, and tours can continue. That is why weather decisions are not made until right before the tour is set to start. Final decisions are made by MCPFE.
