If severe weather settles in, MCPFE will make a weather decision at the time of the tour. Our #1 priority is the safety of our customers. If we deem it necessary to cancel a tour, you will be able to reschedule if slots are open during your stay or you can receive a full refund. If weather conditions cut your tour short by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a prorated refund. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Often, severe weather moves through quickly, and tours can continue. That is why weather decisions are not made until right before the tour is set to start. Final decisions are made by MCPFE.
